Q:When i placed the order when can I get the items ?

A: At the Victoria, we will send the items and get it within 5 days. 

Q:DO you ship to other states ?

A: Yes, but customer need pay for the shipping fee, and no installation.

A:Contact us within 12 hours.

Q:If i want to returen or Refund the items?

A:If you not 100% happy with your order from us, and it is less than fourteen(14) days of receipt, just contact us acesuninfo@gmail.com. we will get back to you within 1 day.

and we only accept the items that are "as new" condition.

A: For the sintered stone dining table, you can just use any dishcloth to easy clean.
